Description :   This magnificent bird is distinguished from its cousin by the lack of grey on its head. Green upperparts, bright red chin and chest, black breast band and yellow belly.  
Habitat :   Absent from the Tanganyika's banks and from the boot.  
Behaviour :   Very difficult to observe, usually located thanks to its call.  
Diet :   Insectivorous. 
Life history :   Very little is known about this bird's reproduction. Here, birds with sexually active gonads have been found in September.
