Dr Rudy Jocqué from the Royal Museum of Central Africa arrived in Lubumbashi

Dr Jocqué came for 10 days to train students in the study of the invertebrate fauna of soils and canopies. Miombo canopy fumigations were conducted. This was the first survey of the kind in this type of habitat. Students received a crash course on the different sampling methods.
