News about the Kundelungu National Park date : 19/09/2007     From the 10th till the 16th of September a delegation of BAK visited the Kundelungu National Park. The neglected state of the roads forced to us to mark out the track leading towards the falls of Lutshipuka and Masanza again. The track of Lofoi remains passable, but the big central circuit has disappeared! Although we searched with the guards, we never found the track in spite of the good visibility created by slash-and-burn fields. The big mammals have completely disappeared and, after a week of driving around the park and walking for several hours, we only saw a few baboons, some oribis and a pair of reedbuck.
