Description :   Length: 8,5 cm; wingspan: 24 cm; forearm: 3,3 cm; weight: 6,5 g. Pelage varies from light brown to dark brown. Wing membranes are dark brown. Tail is long and completely enclosed by the interfemoral membrane. Ears are small. 
     
Habitat :   Woodland and savannah. 
     
Behaviour :   Lives in groups. Roosts in trees and bushes, in roofs and under the bark of trees. Slow and erratic flier.  
     
Diet :   Insects.
 
     
Life history :   Females give birth to one or two young.
